10.20.2008 - Mobile advertising's AdMob has closed a 15.7M Series C funding round led by Sequoia’s Growth Fund with Accel Partners.

We are not big fans of the mobile advertising space at this point. Brand ads don't work and advertisers have found that search ads don't work much better. But if there is a worthwhile mobile ad startup it is AdMob.
